I’ve been self-employed my entire life. With my first career being a Professional Photographer in Omaha, Nebraska for about 30 years, I transitioned into becoming a Professional Network Marketer.
It was 2006 and after an investment in an internet sports photography business went bad, I met a wonderful lady (Lynn Allen-Johnson) that introduced me to network marketing as a true business. I spent a lot of time analyzing this industry and found that there is nothing that even compares to the wealth and freedom that you can enjoy when you partner with a great company that pays well and fosters a team effort in the Network Marketing Industry. To succeed, you must be teachable and willing to take action. I love ARIIX and this Industry!

I started realizing that every job and every business is set up as a big trade off… we get paid the money we need (hopefully), but we have to give ALL of our precious time (life) away to get it.

Prior to ARIIX I was working as a contractor month to month with more bills at the end of the month than money to pay the bills. My friend Jerry Botto introduced me to Network Marketing. I loved the business model, but wanted to find a company with integrity and people of character that I could believe in from my heart. I had the good fortune of finding out that the top four executives of a successful network marketing company had all recently resigned to pursue other business endeavors. We went on a search to find these executives and inquire about that endeavor. Once we connected, we flew to Salt Lake City, did our due diligence, 
asked a lot of tough questions and visited the Corporate offices as they were hanging pictures on the walls getting ready to open for business! I went away from that day believing I had found the people and company to partner with for life!
On the 4th of July 2011, I had a glass of iced tea with my last five dollar bill, signed my application to become a member with ARIIX, borrowed the money to start with the Gold Pack, made a list of names and a list of excuses. I tore up the list of excuses and started making calls looking to build my ARIIX business.

I have had success in my life by most people’s standards. I have a beautiful healthy family, a beautiful home and an extremely successful career as a business owner of a very thriving Architectural firm allowing me to earn Millions of dollars over the last 15 years. What I didn’t have was my time, working an average of 14 hours a day and spending very little time with my family.
I’ve been searching for opportunities to leverage my time through real estate, stock trading and other income. These ventures were great strategies to create wealth, but they were all contingent upon the well being of the economy and required large sums of cash to invest, which moves my retirement out 15+ years down the road at best.
A good friend and past business associate, Gary Kirkpatrick introduced me to ARIIX and the Network Marketing concept. After my due diligence and meeting people in the organization, I realized that this was an opportunity that I couldn’t pass up. I had a chance to spend some quality time with the president, Mark Wilson and the CEO, Dr. Fred Cooper visiting with them at their corporate office and spending time with their families at their homes. I then realized that ARIIX is truly the best investment of my limited time. I can visualize getting my time back with my family within 3 to 5 years. This is a dream come true for us.
